Have you ever wanted to make your own jam or preserves? Try this hands-on workshop, which will give you all the tips and tricks to get you started, including class jam and preserving techniques that you will be able to take home and master. Discover ways of using the pickles and preserves. You will take home one jar of seasonal fruit jam, a few jars of pickles and a jar of preserved fruit or vegetable.

Course Information

• If you wish to enrol in a course, please contact the centre on 9747 8576 to register your interest and find out how to complete your enrolment
• Fees are due no later than one week before your class/es start, with EFTPOS and credit card facilities available as well as bank transfers and over-the-phone card payments
• Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre one week's notice in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
