- chicken soup with vermicelli and vegetables
- gado gado vegies with peanut sauce
- baked spiced fish cutlets

- Indonesian spiced chicken

- kofta skewers
Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary issues.

- Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre 5+ days in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
