Cake Decorating - Beginners

Learn how to make and assemble a sponge cake, as well as different icing and decorating techniques. Includes practising piping techniques using pre-made cupcakes.

Students MUST wear enclosed shoes, bring an apron and a container, and advise of any dietary requirements.

Course Information

• Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre one week's notice in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
