Belly Dancing - Beginners
Belly dancing is so much fun, as well as a fantastic form of exercise! It promotes balance, strength, digestion, co-ordination and confidence. The movements, such as hip drops, circles, figure-eights and shimmies, will put your lower back and hip joints and ligaments through a full range of gentle, repetitive motions that will have you feeling amazing.
Please wear a long skirt and have a shimmering belt or scarf to tie around your hips. Bring socks and a drink.
