Learn the skills required to work in the patisserie industry. Discover breadmaking and also learn to make choux pastry, tarts, puddings or cupcakes, as well as modern and traditional desserts.

Your tutor was trained in France.

This is an ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality, other study or employment opportunities.

Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and a container and advise of any dietary issues on enrolment.
