Learn the skills required to work in the patisserie industry. Discover breadmaking and also learn to make choux pastry, tarts, puddings or cupcakes, as well as modern and traditional desserts.
Your tutor was trained in France.
This is an ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality, other study or employment opportunities.
Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and a container and advise of any dietary issues.

Course Information
- If you wish to enrol in a course, please contact the centre on 9747 8576 to register your interest and find out how to complete your enrolment.
- Fees are due no later than one week before your class/es start, with EFTPOS and credit card facilities available as well as bank transfers and over-the-phone card payments.
- A full refund of fees paid will be given if the course is cancelled by the centre, or if the centre is given notice by the student ONE WEEK before the course commences. Refunds or make-up sessions will NOT be provided if students miss any of their classes.
