In this new 4-week course, you'll discover how to create a variety of classic and delicious Indian dishes, including:

• sweet vegetable curry
• lamb koftas
• lamb biryani
• pakora with raita
• chicken tikka
• butter chicken with rice and pappadums
• samosas with sweet mango chutney

Everything is supplied.

Students are to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary issues.

• Refunds will only be given if the class is cancelled or you have notified the centre 5+ days in advance of the course starting that you won't be attending
