This new, interactive course will teach you all the fundamentals of Asian cuisine, including techniques and flavours.
Learn how to make dishes including sushi, chicken masala, ramen and Korean deep-fried sweet and sour pork.
Everything is supplied.
Students are required to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary issues on enrolment.
