Savoury Pies (2-DAY COURSE)

Discover how to make both shortcrust and puff pastry and make a meat-filled pie, as well as a vegetarian (not vegan) option. You will also make an open pie and learn about using a pie maker.

Cooking - Croquembouche & Caramel

In this hands-on workshop, you will create a small tower of custard-filled profiteroles held together by crisp caramel. During this process, you will learn the techniques of making choux pastry.

Please bring an apron, a 20-cm cake board and a large container.

Learn basic Thai dishes in this hands-on course. Using fresh ingredients, create a variety of dishes including chicken and galangal soup, pork mince potstickers, green chicken curry, Thai-style fried rice, fish cakes and dipping sauce, Chai Mai noodles, crispy vegetable spring rolls and cucumber salad with peanuts and chilli.

You are welcome to stay and eat after class, or bring a container to take your creations home. Everything is supplied.

Thai Cooking 1 (4-WEEK COURSE)

Come along and learn the basics of Thai cooking in this hands-on course. Using fresh ingredients, create dishes with strong aromatic components that will make your tastebuds dance. Includes crispy mixed vegetable and ginger samosas, chicken satay, corn fritters, stir-fried beef in oyster sauce, sweet and sour pork and salad, chicken laksa and Thai-style fried rice. You are welcome to stay and eat at the end of class, or you can take your food home to enjoy. Everything is supplied, but please bring a container for your food if you wish to take it home.

Breadmaking for Beginners
