Have you ever wanted to maqke your own jam or preserves? Learn how in this hands-on workshop, which will give you all the tips and tricks to get started. This class covers classic jam and preserving techniques that you can learn on the day and master at home, as well as ways of using the pickles and preserves. Everything is supplied. Take home one jar of seasonal fruit jam, a few jars of pickles and a jar of preserved fruit or vegetable.
