Accredited Course HLTFSE005 & HLTFSE007. Must be completing the Food Handlers Certificate on the same day or already possess this certificate.
Every food supply business must have a Food Safety Supervisor. Provides the skills required to prevent, recognise and address food handling hazards as well as supervise other people handling food to ensure that food handling is carried out correctly and safely. Manual is given on the day. Certificate valid for 3 years. Two post-course assessments must be completed.
