Learn to make three simple and tasty cheeses in the wonderful world of home cheese making. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese). creamy whole-milk ricotta and quick mozzarella. Total weight approx. 1.7kg of fresh cheese to take home. Food-grade containers to hold your cheese in are supplied. Included is a Ricotta & Mozzarella Kit, which contains some equipment and all the ingredients to make up to 38 batches. Also includes two cheese boards for draining and pressing and a recipe booklet.
