Learn to make three simple and tasty cheeses in the wonderful world of home cheese making. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese). creamy whole milk Ricotta and Quick Mozzarella. Total weight approx. 1.7kg of fresh cheese to take home. Food grade containers to hold your cheese in are supplied. Included is a Ricotta & Mozzarella Kit which contains some equipment and all the ingredients to make up to 38 batches. Also includes two cheese boards for draining and pressing and a recipe booklet.
