Food Parcels

Food parcels are available every Friday from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. Gold coin required. Participants must have a concession card (ID is required) and be a resident of Melton.  Parcels are supplied by Northpoint Centre.

Family Support

Support for family members and friends who are suffering due to a loved one's susbstance addiction.

Mind Ur Head

Mind Ur Head is a support group for those dealing with depression and anxiety, meeting on Wednesday evenings at Melton South Community Centre.

All ages and genders are welcome, and there are no bookings required.

Melton South Knit & Natter

Melton South Knit & Natter is a social crafting group meeting on Monday mornings at Melton South Community Centre.

Learn how to knit and crochet or develop your existing skills and knowledge in a lively, friendly and encouraging environment. Work on your own projects or create items such as blankets, beanies and gloves to donate to charity.

There's no cost to join, but bring your own materials. All are welcome!

Hands of Friendship

Hands of Friendship meets on the first, third and fifth Tuesday of every month, between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Work on craft projects in a cheerful and friendly environment and have the chance to get to know others with similar interests. Learn something new and share your own ideas and skills.

Sunrise Women's Groups

Social Groups for women who have a disability (including women who experience mental illness). Sunrise Women's Groups are for women of all ages who have a disability and want to meet other women and feel connected. The group is open to women with a physical and/or intellectual disability, and women who experience mental illness.

Every Monday between 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Facilitated by a caring professional in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Come along and have a chat and a cuppa. There is no cost to join this group.

 

Neighbourhood Group
