Pop Up Community Services Hub

This free service is where you can get support and information on family issues, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, family violence, housing and other services. 

Held every Friday during school terms from 10:00 -11:30am. No appointment necessary - all welcome.

Food Parcels

Food parcels are available every Friday from 10:00am - 12:00 noon. Gold coin required. Participants must have a concession card (ID is required) and be a resident of Melton.  Parcels are supplied by Northpoint Centre.

Hands of Friendship

Hands of Friendship meets on the first, third and fifth Tuesday of every month, between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Work on craft projects in a cheerful and friendly environment and have the chance to get to know others with similar interests. Learn something new and share your own ideas and skills.

Community Repair - Mending in Melton

Do you have any household items that are broken or need mending? Bring along any: CLOTHES, APPLIANCES, ELECTRICAL ITEMS and more.

Sunrise Women's Groups

Social Groups for women who have a disability (including women who experience mental illness). Sunrise Women's Groups are for women of all ages who have a disability and want to meet other women and feel connected. The group is open to women with a physical and/or intellectual disability, and women who experience mental illness.

Women's Health & Wellbeing Support Group

Every Monday between 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Facilitated by a caring professional in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Come along and have a chat and a cuppa. There is no cost to join this group.

 

Neighbourhood Group

Group meets every Wednesday form 1.00pm-3.00pm. Fee: $2.00

This group offers friendship company, guest speakers, crafts and game days. Everyone is welcome.
